Young at Hearts Group

This is a fun group for the over 65’s, it helps the participants conquer their isolation problems and make new friends. We meet every Tuesday morning at 10.15am till 12.30pm. in the local Youth and Community centre, We cover a wide range of activities such as bingo, Art, bread making, light exercise etc…
